005691 - Lone Worker Solution

Description

Newcastle City Council is seeking to appoint a provider to supply a Lone Worker solution for a 2 year contract, with a further 3x12 month option to extend. The Authority does not currently have a consistent system in place and wishes to have a standard solution across all business areas. The solution will provide the following elements with either essential or desirable functions: • A discreet wearable device, • A Monitoring Centre for handling and escalating alerts, • A platform/system for managing staff profiles/accounts/devices and reporting.
