Royal Armouries wishes to procure the services of an experienced waste contractor to supply a collection service to regularly take away waste from an onsite cesspit at Fort Nelson near Portsmouth\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
