DLRS Design Services

A managed service is required to provide a team to identify and perform the activities necessary to plan, advise and support consultation on the changes required to enable a smooth and effective route towards adopting the remaining recommendations from the Major Law Enforcement (MLE) Programmes Review and implementation of the Delivery Landscape Reform Strategy. This will include supporting work on the development of the Target Operating Model between the Home Office and national Policing bodies and in consideration of the One Home Office agenda as well as activity to test and refine business design processes and approaches being established within CRU as part of implementing a new commissioning model as recommended by the MLEPR.
