## Description

The Student and Family Support \(SAFS\) service supports vulnerable children and young people who have often experienced behavioural, emotional or social difficulties, or a combination of these with a successful reintegration into mainstream education\. Students may have become disaffected from education, have low attendance, low self-esteem and/or behavioural issues\.\\r \\r This agreement will commence on 1st September 2025 and expire on 31st August 2029\. This Contract can be extended beyond the initial term for a further 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and agreed costs\.\\r \\r The Maximum Annual Value of the Contract is £195,521\.00 \\r The total contract value would be £1,173,126\.00 if fully extended\. \\r
