Care Leavers Mentoring Services

Cheshire East Council commissioned a provider to deliver a mentoring service for 16+ care leavers up to the age of 25, providing continuity of support to young people as they enter adulthood.

Providing a mentoring service for 16+ care leavers up to the age of 25, providing continuity of support to care leavers as they cease to be the statutory responsibility of the local authority.

The service aims to offer individuals needs led support, to mentor and facilitate the development of life skills that will enable vulnerable young people to live independently, thrive and achieve their goals.
