## Description

To establish a contract with at least one supplier for the Supply & Distribution of Fresh Butchered Meat & Poultry at UoN and The University of Loughborough\. The Contract will cover the supply and delivery of Red Tractor \(and non-Red Tractor\), Halal, fresh/ frozen meat & poultry products, provided under the TUCO Framework agreement\. The University may also wish to include non-core items \(pies, tofu, cooked meats etc\.\), into the product range, as agreed with the Supplier from time to time\.
