## Description

ASYE is a one-year, employer-led, induction programme and is integral to the department's social work reform agenda, allowing newly-qualified social workers \(NQSWs\) to receive bespoke support as they transition into frontline practice\. Ongoing ASYE support for the sector is critical\. SfC have provided this support since April 2015\.
