## Description

The Building Management System \(BMS\) is a propriety system, installed and maintained by Sauter Automation System\. Services and Works directly associated with the BMS should be carried out by the incumbent contractor - Sauter\. The BMS controls associated with the new crosslink alternative heat rejection system are complex and require specialist design input\.
