Dial-a-ride tech solution to improve efficiency and accessibility of Blackpool Council's Rideability service. User app for bookings and managing trips. Driver app and staff portal for bookings, route planning supported by a routing algorithm to ensure that the most efficient routes are being taken to ensure we are as efficient as possible.
