Work description
Single contract awarded for a SEND Professional Adviser to provide specialist and legal knowledge on the quality of Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans. Commencing 02/08/2022 and ending on 31/03/2023 worth up to a maximum of £11,250 awarded by direct award.
The primary objectives of this contract are firstly to provide detailed specialist and legal knowledge on the quality of Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans, in particular relating to the degree to which final plans meet the requirements to specify and quantify special educational provision. Secondly to provide direct training with casework teams in Local Authorities about how to write specified and quantified provisions into final EHC plans.
