## Description

Basildon Borough Council is seeking a Contractor\(s\) for the management and operation of the Café & Kiosk and/or the Village Green Concessions at Wat Tyler Country Park\. The contract will be a form of concessions services contract with a License to occupy\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. Please note: Wat Tyler Cafe/Kiosk contract awarded only\. The Village Green concessions will be re-tendered\.
