The University of Warwick has a requirement to procure technical support for - and development of - Warwick Manufacturing Group's \(WMG\) Customer Relationship Manager \(CRM\) MS Dynamics platform, including app roll-out; security roles; user onboarding; continuous improvement; report development; GDPR compliance; integration with WMG website \(via MS Dynamics Portal\); email marketing integration; functional development; data updating procedures; Power App configuration and ongoing managed service support\.
