## Description

Future proof the existing out of area repairs, voids, gas & electrical compliance services and our out of hour call out service provision and also accommodate future repairs and maintenance etc on our new build properties in the North East, Yorkshire and Humberside areas over the next four years\. It will also eliminate out of area travelling for our own operatives which will in turn reduce our carbon footprint\.
