## Description

The VOA is undertaking a new transformation programme, Business Rates Review programme, that will deliver a key Government commitment, announced by the Chancellor in the Autumn Budget, to reform the operation of the business rates system\. This focuses on non-domestic ratepayers\. We are seeking an external Delivery Partner to support us through the next phase of our NDR Programme \(Alpha\)\. The Partner must have a proven, substantial track-record of high-profile agile delivery and experience of supporting Government to deploy complex transformation programmes\. They must also show they can work collaboratively with other suppliers to deliver sustainable solutions\.
