Client Side Partner to Support Alpha Stage NDRR Reforms Programme

The VOA is undertaking a new transformation programme, Business Rates Review programme, that will deliver a key Government commitment, announced by the Chancellor in the Autumn Budget, to reform the operation of the business rates system. This focuses on non-domestic ratepayers.

We are seeking an external Delivery Partner to support us through the next phase of our NDR Programme (Alpha). The Partner must have a proven, substantial track-record of high-profile agile delivery and experience of supporting Government to deploy complex transformation programmes. They must also show they can work collaboratively with other suppliers to deliver sustainable solutions.
