The works for this contract include the following 1\. Completion of the design \(WI 300\) 2\. Complying with and discharging any conditions associated with the following consents Staffordshire County Council Major Works S111 Agreement, the Local Authority and the Post Office 3\. Liaison with neighbours and stakeholders 4\. Carrying out the works in a phased sequence whilst maintain access and egress to all premises fronting onto Market Square 5\.
