This procurement is for a consultant or consortium to develop and write content for the delivery of the LGA's Leadership Academy programme, as well as training and supporting the delivery team to deliver the content of the 3 modules linked to the programme for the period July 2025 - March 2026 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
