Work description
The purpose of the framework is to provide a range of learning and development services and solutions to support the delivery of the Environment Agency's National Enforcement objectives.
It includes the following activities: - Design and delivery of bespoke and innovative training to build knowledge, skills, capabilities and confidence - Support new ways of working and new tools as they develop - Advice and support in relation to training development and delivery. - Being up to date with current legislation and trends/practices and consideration around new ways of working
The framework will ensure that our staff are: - Competent, safe and fully trained to carry out an enforcement role - Prepared, confident and capable in their roles.
The following 4 lots have been awarded: LOT 1: Enforcement Training LOT 2: Mobile and Rural Surveillance and Photography Training (Including Log Keeping) LOT 3: Dealing with Hostile Situations LOT 4: Conflict Resolution/Operational Security for Environment Officers (OSECO)
The framework will run for a maximum of five years, up to 1 July 2024, including extension options.
