## Description

HSE require consultancy services to deliver of the following outputs: Baseline assessment \(high level, as-is analysis\) of customer engagement approaches across HSE's \(10\) divisions\. Baseline assessment \(high-level, as-is analysis\) of channels used to support customer engagement\. Baseline assessment of content \(advice/guidance\) and services against GOV\.UK proposition and define high-level content/services plan\. Assessment should also include how well content/services meet Welsh language obligations\. Development of a short term, prioritised channel/web services action plan \(burning platform issues\), plus some 'suggestions' for more strategic/longer term consideration\.
