Kingsway Hospital Private Unadopted Road Re-surfacing Works

Expression of Interest to be considered for tender list - Based on the Kingsway Hospital site is Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's main HQ including inpatient service for residents with acute mental health needs.

The works will involve replacing damaged kerbs, installing new soak away drainage, planning off existing road surfaces, installing new road surface and re lining in accordance with consulting engineers working drawings and specification. Works programme and tenderers will have to provide evidence of experience of working NHS hospital sites. Working hours may be limited to between the hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm. No lone working of any type will be allowed. All works must be completed before March 31st 2020 and the successful contractor must submit a programme for approval.
