## Description

The MPS require the provision of all plant and equipment to provide deployment and recovery of Temporary Vertical Concrete Blocks \(TVCBs\), similar products and associated accessories as specified in BS EN 1317 Temporary Safety Barriers within the OSG Operational Area\.
