4299.EFM.SW.24 Brook Hill Hall Demolition

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for demolition works.

Scope of Requirement:

The works involve demolition of the Brook Hill Hall Building, adjoining single storey link building and associated alterations to the boundary walls enclosing the site. Upon completion of demolition, the site is to receive a compacted hardcore surfacing, in addition to reinstatement of the pocket park areas disturbed, application of new Bitmac surfacing to selected areas, construction of a new memorial feature and reinstatement of the existing stone bay windows.

The works are to be delivered and sequenced in accordance with the DICE demolition strategy, under one contract.
