Minor (adaptations) Works Framework - ASCHIW/2023/454*

Stoke on Trent City Council wish to appoint providers to carry out small adaptations in peoples homes (to the value of £1000 or less), for example, supply and fitting of grab rails, external metal handrails, shallowing steps, widening doors and/or rehanging doors. There are various specs and requirements to these adaptations with the end result keeping people safe and independent at home.
