## Description

Supply a of Primary and Secondary Software as a Service \(SaaS\) Platform with concurrent user licences allowing access to the platform from any PC, Laptop or Tablet via an HTML5 compatible web browser\. Include migration of the current Database into the new platform\. Replacement of the physical receiving equipment at the F&HDC Lifeline control centre in Folkestone with a cloud-based software solution maintained by the contractor\. This appointment has been made via a direct award process under the Procurement for Housing \(PfH\) framework "Telecare, Telehealth & Associated Services", Lot 1 Equipment and Associated Services \(OJEU/FTS 2019/S 190-462779\)
