DFID 8201 Agreement for Services in Respect of the 2006 Cordoba Settlement Amendment No 1

These amendments relate to changes made to deliver the contract over a 12 month extension period. Contract as a result of the following key changes: • Extension of the contract for a further 12 months with a contract end date of 28th January 2021 • The inclusion of DFID's most up to date Terms and Conditions for service contracts as introduced and implemented in January 2019 • The change from REDACTED per payment to REDACTED per payment from April 2020 and reference throughout the contract to this update • Updated CAB proposal for the extension period
