Birkbeck, University of London wishes to appoint a sole full service agency with which it can develop a partnership approach to running creative and cost effective student recruitment campaigns that increase interest in studying at Birkbeck. Birkbeck expects to place all its student recruitment advertising with the nominated agency.

The College envisage inviting to tender a minimum of 5 suppliers to tender in the second stage, Invitation to tender (ITT).

The College will assess all tender offers received against the award criteria. The top 3 tender submissions will be invited to present to the College.
