## Description

For the Ordnance Survey to provide the MCA with the FINTAN2 service\. Richard Skeats has advised that this requirement can only be provided by the Ordnance Survey\. As both organisations are 'Crown' entities the contractual arrangements will be established via a Memorandum of Understanding between the two organisations
