Hastings Borough Council is seeking to procure a fully integrated, cloud-based Housing Options, Homelessness, and Choice-Based Lettings ICT Platform. The solution must meet key operational requirements as outlined in the updated Specification. This procurement is conducted under the G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14). Following a comprehensive market review, Locata (Housing Services) Limited has been identified as the preferred supplier. Locata offers a single contract that encompasses the full scope of services required by the Council.
