## Description

University of Central Lancashire are renewing their Estates CAFM licences to ensure that they maintain compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation for a period of up to two years\. The University is doing this as a single tender action to enable continued H&S compliance whilst a full FTS tender process is run within the next six months to put a long term CAFM contract in place\.
