Provision of Minor Wiorks

The Council operates a wide number of sites that from time to time require maintenance, replacement and new works. These include: car parks - servicing and lighting; parks and open spaces - played equipment; awarded watercourse and village drains; estates - a large number of light industrial properties and associated car parking and access roads; and closed cemeteries. The contract also allows for town and parish councils to award work under this contract (subject to the agreement of the contractor).
