We are looking for an expert provider to work closely with the LGA to design and deliver a new programme for experienced council leaders or directly elected mayors that helps them to understand their leadership in a VUCA environment\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
