T0471 TLOT10152 Independent Assurance Services for the Transforming Cities Fund in DfT

The Department for Transport ('The Department') is seeking independent advice and assurance on project delivery of cities receiving transport funding from the Transforming Cities Fund (TCF). Two key workstreams are required: a 'critical friend' service broadly in line with IPA Gate 3 providing key stage gate decision making support and assurance. In addition, the Department wants to build on the findings of the recent Lessons Learned review, further explore the recommendations and options for areas of improvement or transformational change across Local Directorate or the wider DfT. All supporting documentation provided to all bidders is provided on the basis of it being confidential and is not for sharing.
