Provision of Consultancy Services for St Mary's Hospital Development Control Plan

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) is seeking a DCP (Development Control Plan) for its St Mary's Hospital (SMH) site. The Trust is currently reviewing its clinical strategy and vision for the future which will need to be considered as the DCP is developed. The DCP should be prepared in accordance with Developing an Estates Strategy Second Edition (March 2005) and Core Elements - Health Building Note 00-08 (Oct 2014).
