Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Workforce and Skills Strategy Refresh

Cornwall Council has put in place a Good Growth Plan in order to fulfil its responsibility for carrying out strategic economic planning. The current Local Skills and Labour Market Strategy now needs reviewing and rewriting to reflect: • New Council Responsibilities including Adult Skills Fund Devolution • The Good Growth Plan • National Skills Policy and Investment proposals • Updated Labour Market Assessment To ensure we deliver our Good Growth Plan principles, we must review and update our local skills and workforce strategy
