## Description

North Northamptonshire Council \(hereafter referred to as the "Council"\) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a Customer Relationship Management System, in line with the requirements of its detailed specification\. The Council is pursuing award of this contract using the G-Cloud 12 framework agreement \(RM1557\.12\), operated by Crown Commercial Service \(hereafter referred to as "CCS"\)\. The award will be conducted using the Council's e-Procurement portal, which can be found at: https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/nnc/aspx/Home\. Additional information: This procurement will be managed and awarded using the Crown Commercial Service \(CCS\) Framework Agreement for G-Cloud 12 \(RM1557\.12\)\.
