Customer Relationship Management System

Description

North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as the "Council") is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a Customer Relationship Management System, in line with the requirements of its detailed specification. The Council is pursuing award of this contract using the G-Cloud 12 framework agreement (RM1557.12), operated by Crown Commercial Service (hereafter referred to as "CCS"). The award will be conducted using the Council's e-Procurement portal, which can be found at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/nnc/aspx/Home. Additional information: This procurement will be managed and awarded using the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Agreement for G-Cloud 12 (RM1557.12).
