Work description
Tender for the major internal refurbishment works to Pierremont Hall, Broadstairs. CT10 1JX
Pierremont Hall is a Grade II listed Georgian building, which will be refurbished to a mixed use building, with community and commercial office space.
Listed building consent has been obtained for the internal works.
Additional information: Two open days have been arranged when the building will be open for prospective bidders to visit the site. 9th May 10am-3pm 10th May 10am-3pm
