CEFAS23-07 Contract for Combwich Vessel Wake Monitoring (CEFAS Direct Award)

The BEEMS (British Energy Estuarine and Marine Studies) programme is funded by NNB Generating Company HPC (NNB GenCo). Through this programme, Cefas provide authoritative scientific information on the marine and transitional waters in the vicinity of potential new build nuclear power stations and require a competent Supplier to deliver the element described below;

Vessel wake monitoring at Combwich is required to fulfil the Combwich Intertidal Monitoring and Contingency Plan DCO requirement C3 (1c) and accordingly, forms part of the Cefas Hinkley Point monitoring program (BEEMS Technical Report TR257).
