## Description

Amber Valley Borough Council \(AVBC\) is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide a reactive maintenance and minor works service\. The work comprises reactive and minor works related maintenance to the Council's public buildings and land, including offices; Depots, public conveniences, parks, changing rooms, cemeteries and lodges -estate housing \(but not Council housing\), industrial units, garages and miscellaneous estate assets\. Whilst the sites can be borough wide, much of the main work will centre around Ripley, Heanor , Belper and Alfreton\. Expressions of interest are to be submitted by 12 noon on Friday 23rd September 2016\. This will be an open tender procedure and tender documents will be issued by the author \. The Tender return date will be by 12 noon on Friday 28th October 2016\.
