Toliet Refurbishment - Leeds Bus Station - Main Contractor - PQQ

WYCA is seeking to procure a Principal Contractor to carry out works for the refurbishment and upgrading of the public toilet facilities at Leeds City Bus Station (LCBS). The proposed work shall include remodelling the area the current facilities occupy to create: • High quality toilet environment; • Pay to use turnstiles; • Free to use baby change and accessible toilet areas; • Store and cleaners sluice rooms; and • New retail unit. Additional information: Applicants must submit a pre-qualification questionnaire.
