This is an award under the Fusion 21 Heating Systems Framework Lot 5 for 1 year with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

To provide a range of consultancy services related to the management of programmes of work associated with producing Landlords Gas Safety Records (LGSRs) for BMBC properties. These services are intended to assist Berneslai Homes in complying with all current regulations, control risk, maintain industry standards and provide professional expertise.
