Work description
A managed print solution, firstly as part of the Capita partnership and then under a revised 24-month MPSA since the insource in December 2019. The current print estate consists of 260 devices in total across 82 sites. The target service availability under the contract is 95% with performance of 97.9% over the last 12 months. The award is approved, decision taken by the Officer with the delegated authority
