Kitchen Sink Behaviours

Conduct qualitative research with a small sample of households, using observation over a number of days in the week and at the weekend to capture how household members use water at the kitchen sink, and also use the sink for the disposal of liquids such as fats, oils and greases (FOGs) and if applicable small solids.
