Phase One:\r Supporting the development of a longitudinal quality assurance programme for the monitoring of an active travel social prescribing programme which will be included in a feasibility study submitted to the Department for Transport.\r \r Phase Two:\r Delivery of a longitudinal quality assurance programme; delivery is subject to the DfT funding the pilot as described in the feasibility study.
