## Description

Kirklees Council award of contract for the appointment of a Main Contractor to complete the Cultural Heart Phase 2 \(museum & Gallery\)\. The Main Contractor will work collaboratively with Kirklees Council\. The first stage will comprise of works prior to a collaborative Pre-Construction Services Agreement \(PCSA\); the next stage will be the award of a main construction contract\. At this stage only the PCSA is guaranteed with the main construction being subject to satisfactory delivery of the PCSA\. Direct award via Lot 4\.1 of the CCS Construction Works and Associated Service Framework Agreement \(RM6267\) Please note the awarded value on this notice is for the pre PCSA Works only\.
