Support for technical review of pavement renewal schemes 2018 to 2020

The overall aim of this project is to provide essential timely support and assistance to SES Pavements Team engineers/advisors involved in the Value Management process. This will be particularly the case during the peak period for VM workshops, namely May to September. The purpose of this project is to ensure that the VM process is fully resourced, allowing programme delivery by Operations Directorate with minimal amount of delay whilst ensuring proper technical governance.
