## Description

The Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire \(the Customer\) has contracted for the provision, installation and maintenance of a quality audio visual conferencing system in a number of its meeting rooms across Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service's estate within Staffordshire\. Additional information: The contract is for a period of three years plus three optional extension periods of up to twelve months each\. The contract's scope allows for future purchases and therefore an approximate contract value has been estimated\.
