Hallam Fields Primary School Expansion - Preconstruction Services

Description

Contract is for the design stage to expand Hallam Fields Primary School in Birstall under a preconstruction service agreement which will then be followed by a construction stage contract following planning approval and construction costs have been established. LCC will have the opportunity to assess the construction stage affordability before progressing into the construction contract and will obtain cost plans during the design stage. This project is required to support provision of sufficient primary school places in Birstall due to associated with the Broadnook housing development and maximise LCC financial contributions to meet the funding gap in the Section 106 agreement. The scope of this contract is preconstruction services. The awarded value of the Preconstruction Services Agreement is £551,795.98 excluding VAT
