Summary Overview

FXPlus require a supplier to undertake its Summer works including refurbishment, build works and various Services as per the specification documents (See separate attachments) for both its Penryn and Woodland Campuses based in Cornwall. This includes remodelling to the current IT Suite and reconfiguration works of the Photography area.

THE SUMMER WORKS PROJECT -L1 Programme Details

At the time of preparing this tender it is anticipated that works will commence at the end of June 2018 and be complete by end August 2018. The minimum period between appointment of the principal contractor and instruction to commence works on-site will be 2 weeks.

All returns / communications must be made through the In-Tend portal.
