## Description

Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System to enable prisoners to obtain a CSCS Card \(Green Labourers\) in HMP Lincoln\. HMP Lincoln will be training prisoners in Level 1 & 2 Painting and Decorating, Level 1 & 2 Bricklaying, Dry-Lining and Fork Lift Truck Driving as part of our core curriculum throughout the 2025/26 financial year, we shall offer prisoners who achieve these qualifications the opportunity to attain the relevant CSCS card in their last 6 months in preparation for their release\. This opportunity shall also be available for unskilled labourers to achieve the Health and Safety Qualification required for a CSCS card\.
